How do I turn meeting notes into a to-do list with Claude?

Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and most phones already write a transcript. The hard part is what comes next: copying the action items into a list, and finding them again next week.

Drop in your meeting. Get your to-do list.

  1. Paste the transcript into Claude, or drop the file (.txt, .vtt, .srt, .docx, .pdf) into your Computer Legend inbox from your phone.
  2. Claude saves the meeting word for word, on the project it belongs to. Never a summary.
  3. Claude lists the to-dos it heard, with due dates, priority and who you're waiting on, only where the meeting said so.
  4. You pick. "All of them", "not 3", "make 2 due Friday". Nothing is saved that you didn't pick.

See it afterwards

Each to-do links back to the meeting it came from, and each meeting shows its to-dos and whether they're done. Ask Claude in any new chat: "What came out of my meeting with Ryan?"

No transcript?

Say "Interview me about what I'm juggling." Claude asks one short question at a time (by voice, if you like) and builds your list from the answers.
