Track your sleep by telling your AI
Sleep apps want a device on your wrist or a button pressed at bedtime. If you'd rather just say "slept 11:30 to 7" in the morning, your AI can keep the log for you.
How it works
- Say it in the morning. "Bed around midnight, up at 6:50." Your AI files the night.
- Ask about patterns. "How have I slept this week?" gets real numbers, not a guess.
- Connect it to the rest. With your food log in the same place, your AI can notice that late dinners came before your short nights.

- In Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, and paste

A sleep log, not medical advice.
